IF YOU ARE ENTERING INTO THIS AGREEMENT ON BEHALF OF A COMPANY OR OTHER LEGAL ENTITY, YOU REPRESENT THAT YOU HAVE THE AUTHORITY TO BIND SUCH ENTITY AND ITS AFFILIATES TO THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS, IN WHICH CASE THE TERMS "CLIENT" OR "CLIENTS" SHALL REFER TO SUCH ENTITY AND ITS AFFILIATES. IF YOU DO NOT HAVE SUCH AUTHORITY, OR IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS, YOU MUST NOT ACCEPT THIS AGREEMENT AND YOU MAY NOT USE THE SERVICE

Changes to the services
Explanation: We may change or discontinue particular features or functions of our Services at any time.
You must register to access and use the Services. If you are registering on behalf of a company, by registering you agree that you have the requisite authority to register on behalf of such company. The email address you provide during your registration will be the login for your justappt account. Each account must have a unique email address and you agree that you shall not attempt to create more than one account under the same email address.
Explanation: If you are registering on behalf of an organisation, you should have the permission from your organisation to do so. Your account will be registered under the email address you provide during the sign-up. You agree that you will not create multiple accounts using the same information.
