How do I register my business?

It takes just 1-2 minutes to register your business with justapt. Click on the For Business button from the top menu. Once you see the business login screen, please click in ‘Sign Up for Free’ link as should in the picture below.

As a business owner, you will have to provide 3 pieces of information to register – your business details (name, address, and phone number), account admin details and business operation hours. This information is public and will be visible to all the customers looking to book your services.

Once you complete the registration, you will receive an email with a link to verify the account. Click ‘verify my business’ button from your email to complete the business registration. Your business is now listed with justapt!

How do I verify my email address after registration process is completed?

After the completion of initial registration, an email is sent to the email address provided during registration for account verification. Please open your email and click on ‘Verify my business’ button to complete the registration.

How do I upload my business logo?

You can upload your business logo from My Business page. This setup is available to business administrator after you verified your business account. Below are the steps to upload a logo:

  1. Login to your business account by selecting 'For Business' menu from the top
  2. Go to My Business page and select Business Settings tab
  3. Upload business logo from the upper right section of the page. Please select a square image to display the logo nicely within justappt system

How do I upload images for my business?

Business administrators can upload images and gallery from My Business page. This setup is available to business administrator after you verified your business account. Below are the steps to upload a gallery image:

  1. Login as business admin by selecting For Business menu from the header
  2. Go to My Business page and select Our Picture Gallery tab
  3. Click Add button to add a new image
  4. Upload an image by using the upload icon
  5. Click Save button after cropping the image if necessary. Also make sure the image size is between 1000 – 15000 pixel as recommended for better display

How do I edit an already existing image my business?

Business administrators can upload new images or edit the existing images from My Business page. This includes changing description and title of the images. Follow the steps below to perform this action:

  1. Select the image you want to update from the gallery list
  2. Click on edit button. This action makes the image editable
  3. Make changes to the text for title and description as necessary
  4. Upload a new image by using the upload icon
  5. or Crop the old image
  6. Click Save button after cropping the image if necessary

How do I add my business services after registration?

Administrators can add business services from My Business page. This setup is available to verified accounts only. Below are the steps to add a service:

  1. Login as business admin by selecting For Business menu from the header
  2. Go to My Business page and select Business Settings tab
  3. Click Add button to add a new service
  4. Enter all the mandatory data elements and click Add

Can I use justappt to provide in-home services to my customers?

Yes, you can. All services have a ‘home service available’ indicator. If this check-box is activated during setup then that service will should be available for home. Please note that businesses will have to communicate directly with customers for their home address. WE do not record customer’s home address for privacy reason.

How do I add business staffs to in my business?

Business administrators can add staffs from My Business page. This setup is available only to verified business accounts. Below are the steps to add a staff:

  1. Login as administrator by selecting For Business from header menu
  2. Go to My Business page and select Business Staffs tab
  3. Click Add button to add a new staff. This enables the addition of new staff
  4. Enter all the mandatory data elements and click Add to complete the operation.

How do I find all the appointment requests sent to my business?

All outstanding appointments requests can be viewed from Service Request Q page. This page is only available for business administrator and business staffs after login. Follow the following steps to find customer’s requests:

  1. Login into your account & go to Request Q page from header menu
  2. By default, the list displayed on the screen is today’s customer appointments.
  3. This list can be reduced down to manageable list by using the filter on the left panel.
  4. You may also search service requests by selecting upcoming request from the drop down box in the search section.

How do I review/approve customer service request?

As a business owner, you will always receive an email notification for every customer request submitted to your business. These requests can be reviewed individually by clicking the links in the email. However, that process is sometime creditably time consuming and you might want to do it using the Request Q page as outline below.

The customer requests can be searched, filtered and acted upon from Request Q page. You can either Approve or Decline the request from each record of the list of Queue.

How do I update/reschedule customer service request?

Business staff can change the appointment time or status of the appointment request from RequestQ page. Please follow steps below:

  1. Click on ‘View’ button placed on the record of the list.
  2. Change the appointment information as per your requirement and then save
  3. If you want to reschedule the request then keep your cursor on the date filed of the opened window
  4. Select the date from the calendar
  5. Select the new slot from the drop down box and then save

How do I change service request status during service delivery process?

Business staff can change status of the appointment from RequestQ page. The status can be changed to ‘Approved/Declined’, ‘Arrived’ or ‘completed’. Please follow steps below:

  1. Click on icon next to the services displayed in the RequestQ.
  2. Click on ‘Edit’ icon of the service request status from the window popup.
  3. Select the Status from the drop down box and click on ‘Right’ icon

How do I view service request details?

Business staff can view the overall details of the appointment request from RequestQ page. Click on the profile image of one of the service request records whose detailed information you want to view.

How do I provide additional information to my customer for their service request?

Business staff can send email and text reminders for the appointment from RequestQ page. Please follow steps below:

  1. Login into your business account and go to service request Q page from top menu
  2. Click on Reminder button from one of the service request records of the list
  3. Press on ‘Send’ button
  4. Or if you want to send any additional reminder message to your customer the write some custom message and send.

How do I send a feedback request to your customer after the appointment is successfully completed?

Feedback requests are automatically sent to the customers after their appointment is marked completed in justappt. There is no need to send them manually.

Managing Service Request as a Business

Can I use my mobile phone to review customer service requests?

Yes, you can. As a business owner, you don’t need a computer system to run your business operations using justappt. Every time a customer makes a service request, you will receive an email with retails of the request with a link to review the request. You can approve, reject or reschedule that request right from that email using your mobile device.

How do you reschedule customer service request?

Every time a customer makes a service request, an email notification is sent to the business owner email. This email contains a link to review & manage the request. Below are the steps to reschedule service request from this email link:

  1. Click the link in the email
  2. Click on Reschedule button
  3. Select the new date & slot from the opened window popup and press ‘Done’

Why would I register with justappt when there is no need to register for making an appointment?

You don’t need to register with justappt to book an appointment with any of the businesses listed with us. However, if you register yourself with your email address, the following features will be available to you:

  • Your personal details are auto populated
  • You can track all the business appointments and make changes if needed
  • Provide feedback to services received from the account

How do I change my profile information?

After successful account verification, you can change profile information from My Account page. The following steps are to be done:

  1. Login into account by selecting ‘Login’ from header menu
  2. Go to My Account from top drop-down menu options
  3. Click on Edit button. This enables the edit operation on your profile
  4. Change text information & profile image if necessary and then Save

I forgot my password. How do I get access to my account?

Users can request a password reset link from login page. You should enter the email address in the forget password popup to receive the reset link.

How do I change my password?

Users can change their password from the Security tab in the My Account page. Follow the following steps to change your account password

  1. Login into your account
  2. Go to My Account from top menu section and select Security tab
  3. Put your old password, new password & confirm password and save.

How do I provide feedback for the service from my account?

After completing a visit for the justappt service appointment, you will be able to provide feedback on that service provided. The feedback can either be provided from the email link received after the completion of the appointment or you could provide it from the My Account tab by following steps below:

  1. Login into your account
  2. Go to My Account and select ‘Service & Feedback’ tab
  3. Select the service request which you have recently done with a business from the list
  4. Click on the star rating section of the selected record
  5. Write something about your experience and provide rating and submit.

Do I need to register to request a service appointment?

No, you do not need to register yourself with justappt to book an appointment with our business partners. Your email and phone number will be used to send appointment confirmations and reminders.

However, justappt strongly recommends you to register before making an appointment request because you will have better control on your requests

How do I find business to book an appointment?

Enter your address and click ‘Find Services’ button to find businesses near that address. If you want to narrow down your search to specific business types, you can select ‘Service Category’. Please note that you can enter more keywords, business name etc from the ‘Find appointment’ page that comes after your initial search.

How do I book an appointment with a business for specific services?

Select a date from the calendar and choose a business. After choosing a business for your service, you have click on ‘select’ button; a new window popup will be opened; now the following steps are to be done to book an appointment successfully.

  1. Select services right from left side of the window popup
  2. Choose time slot and press ‘next’ button
  3. Provide your demography information and Book Appointment.

How do I provide feedback for the service I received?

Customers can provide feedback for the services received in two different ways:

  1. By clicking the Review link in the email they received after the appointment. This feature is available to both registered and non-registered customers.
  2. Customers can always login into their account and review all their service appointments from the My Account page. This feature is only available to registered customers.

How do I send feedback to the web master with suggestion?

Justappt wants to hear from our business partners and our customers to know what we are doing well and what we need to work on. You can provide your input to our team using ‘feedback icon’ on the top of the header. Please follow the following steps to reach us:

  1. Login into your account
  2. Click on feedback icon from the header
  3. Complete data entry in the popup window and click ‘send’

Justappt welcomes your feedback to improve services we offer. You can provide feedback using the following two methods:

  1. Visit Contact Us page to provide your suggestions
